The price of the rent depends from room to room.
The building has 14 rooms and 2 studios all furnished, there is communal kitchen, communal sanitary facilities and communal bicycle area. The studios have their own sanitary facilities.
Monthly rental price for 12 months for a room, depending from room to room:
varies between € 306 and € 453/month + 2 month guarantee + monthly charges + Annual student tax

> The rental price includes the rental of a furnished room:
- a bathroom cabinet with sink and mirror cabinet
- a bed for 1 person + mattress (without bed sheets, pillow, even to be provided)
